1 bedroom, small fishing cabin available on Donner Lake. The cabin is in a small complex with 4 other long term tenants. Pets allowed with a $500 deposit. Application fee of $30 when you do the credit and background check. There is a private beach and pier that is shared with the other tenants and there are other dogs living on the property. All utilities are included such as propane gas / heat, electricity with the TDPUD, trash with TTSD, plow service in the winter. Tenant would have to set up their own internet.
