This modern updated three-bedroom, two bath home is on Mineral Springs Trail and just a few miles from the base of Alpine Meadows ski resort. Avoid the parking fees for Alpine Meadows by taking the Mountaineer Shuttle from your ski lease property. From Alpine Meadows, you can take the gondola over to Palisades Tahoe.


Enter this fully-furnished, multi-level house on the middle level into a large storage area for all your winter gear, and the laundry room. Off this entry level you'll find bedroom # 1. Bedroom # 2 and full bathroom are downstairs a half level. Go up a half level from the entry to find Bedroom # 3 and the second full bathroom. Just a few more steps up and you'll find the large open kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats six next to a big window and deck. The kitchen breakfast bar seats four. The kitchen is fully stocked, has tons of storage space, and has everything you need for a season of home-cooked meals. High wooden ceilings, lots of windows and a small deck add to the open space and terrific ambiance. A few steps down from the kitchen and dining space is the living area with two TVs (Roku streaming), woodstove, and two couches. You’ll also find a Peloton bike as well. The driveway can accommodate two cars in the winter. The neighborhood is hilly and the driveway slightly angled upward so we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle with descent clearance. There is no garage. Not pet friendly.


All three bedrooms have a TV.

Bedroom # 1: 1 Queen, 1 set of twin bunk beds, 1 twin bed. (1 Q, 3 twin).

Bedroom # 2: 2 sets of twin bunk beds, 1 queen bed (1 Q, 4 twin).

LEASE DETAILS

Available 12/1/24 - 4/30/25 with flexibility on exact dates. A 5-month lease is required.

Rent: $7,000 / month and the security deposit is $7,000.

Prepaid Plow account for driveway: $1,222

Propane deposit: $2,000

Electricity: Liberty Utilities transfer to tenant for lease.

Snow shoveling deposit: $3,500 - the owner usually contracts someone to shovel out the propane tank, the entry steps, and the two decks. They will pay the invoices and deduct from this deposit at lease end.
