Just a few more steps up and you'll find the large open kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats six next to a big window and deck. The kitchen breakfast bar seats four. The kitchen is fully stocked, has tons of storage space, and has everything you need for a season of home-cooked meals. High wooden ceilings, lots of windows and a small deck add to the open space and terrific ambiance. A few steps down from the kitchen and dining space is the living area with two TVs (Roku streaming), woodstove, and two couches. You’ll also find a Peloton bike as well. The driveway can accommodate two cars in the winter. The neighborhood is hilly and the driveway slightly angled upward so we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle with descent clearance. There is no garage. Not pet friendly.

Electricity: Liberty Utilities transfer to tenant for lease.

Snow shoveling deposit: $3,500 - the owner usually contracts someone to shovel out the propane tank, the entry steps, and the two decks. They will pay the invoices and deduct from this deposit at lease end.
